Great experience. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our toilet leak, and even took care of an issue with our tub faucet at no extra charge. Professional, honest, and very helpful. Id definitely recommend him and will use him again.

Ryder was fantastic. On time, courteous, professional and kept me informed at every stage on a multi-step project. He is my on-call plumber going forward.

Ryder was quick to respond to my inquiry, arrived to our house right on time, was knowledgable, and helpful in diagnosing/treating our clogged pipe. Very fair pricing. We will absolutely be using his services again in the future!

Very responsive and reasonably priced.

Had an And honestly didnt know where it was coming from. Once I reached out to him reschedule the time to meet up. He kept me updated on his Schedule schedule and his arrival time. After a little troubleshooting, he found where the leak was and had it patched up in short time. Hes nice courteous, and I would use him again

Ryder explained the problem clearly and provided a detailed estimate for the repair. He completed the work efficiently and left the workspace clean and tidy. I appreciated his professionalism and expertise throughout the process. I would hire Hendriks Plumbing again for any future needs.

Great experience with Hendriks Plumbing.... Professional, high quality workmanship, clean and neat. Have already scheduled Ryder for another plumbing job. Obviously, we would highly recommend him.

I was in need of and outside faucet replaced and 2 shutoff's installed. Hendricks Plumbing was referred to me, Ryder showed up exactly when he told me. His work was clean and neat. He cleaned up and returned everything back to the way he found it. Being in real estate you always need a good plumber to refer and he will be at the top of my list!

First time using Hendriks for some issues I have been putting off. I wish I called sooner. Professional, clean (wore boot covers!), communicated well and puts the customer first. Thank you!!!

I had a great experience with Hendriks Plumbing. Ryder arrived on time and was able to quickly establish the source of a water leak in an upstairs toilet. He purchased supplies and replaced several parts in the fixture as well as a kitchen faucet. I am very pleased with the results and highly recommend this company.

Hendriks Plumbing is fantastic - he even came back an hour later to install a new faucet when it was clear the other one was defective. Quick install of both an outdoor spigot and faucet. Getting quotes for future work from them!

So glad I called them. Ryder (answered the phone) and was very helpful. He was able to respond in person within a couple of hours to fix an issue with a toilet clog. Good people and very professional.

Needed to have a spigot fixed. Ryder came two days later and performed the work in less than an hour. He was clear with the timeline, the work, and the cost. Highly recommend!

Great quality work, thanks!

Ryder is a superb contractor - on time, thorough, professional and kind. He will be my only plumber moving forward.

Called Ryder for a couple minor issues and he was at my house within a day. Great service and response!

Ryder responded quickly to my call and was very efficient repairing my outdoor faucet. I thought I had a problem with my water heater, and once evaluated, he said it was fine. I appreciated his honesty, and not doing unnecessary work. I highly recommend Hendriks Plumbing.

Ryder is super efficient and professional. We have hired him for two repairs. Would do so again.

Ryder did great work, prompt and professional

Ryder was amazing! He was able to replace our water heater, also answer all questions we had. His quote was similar to others but what won us over was his honesty about things. The work was done back in October and we haven't had any issues. He was super easy to work with and flexible on timing. Highly recommend!

In a bind for over a week with no heat in our downstairs. We were met by the most nicest technician who got straight to work... our frozen pipes job was not easy. But it was accomplished thank you!

Diagnosed our problem quickly, gave us some choices, and delivered the results we asked for in a timely way. We appreciate the help.

Great service! Thank you Hendriks Plumbing!

I've been meaning to replace my 20+ year old water heater for a while now before it died on me. The quote process was quick and easy, and came in over $1k LESS than what another local company quoted me for the same exact thing. And even better, he was able to do the install the very next day! Took care of the permit and the warranty paperwork, and made everything as easy as possible. Can't recommend highly enough.

Very receptive, professional.

I had a great experience with Hendriks Plumbing. The plumber, Ryder, fixed a damaged flange, installed a new wax seal, and made sure everything was done correctly the first time. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. What I really appreciated was Ryder's honestyhe took the time to look at a few other projects around my house and gave straightforward feedback and realistic estimates without any pressure. Its refreshing to work with someone you can trust. I would highly recommend him and will definitely be calling him again for future plumbing work.

Quick response and easy resolution! Thanks for saving me from my clogged tub two days before Christmas! You can count on me as repeat business.

great service arrived on time explained things in a way that was easy to understand what the problem was reasonably priced would definately call again when I need a plumber

Ryder was great! Reliable, honest, and fair pricing. Will definitely use him again!

I had a second bout of sewer smell in my basement bathroom within a couple of months and was fearing the worst. Ryder was able to stop by to troubleshoot within almost an hour of me calling - earlier than he originally predicted. He spent plenty of time using his gas sniffer and camera scope to troubleshoot the issue. He determined the wax ring on the toilet should be replaced and got it done. And now a few days later I can confirm he resolved the issue (most others would just try to throw parts at it and move on to the next job asap). He also gave me some valuable tips and checked my water pressure and ended up replacing the pressure regulator since mine had failed. Hopefully I dont have anymore emergencies but will contact Ryder with future problems or improvements. I would recommend Hendriks Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber

Ryder was great! Super professional, courteous, honest and clean. My only regret, not calling him sooner.

Ryder was awesome. He listened to my concerns and fixed the issue in a timely manner. He is definitely the plumber I will be calling going forward.

Ryder was able to come over and solve my plumbing issue the same day I called! Everything is working and he was very professional.

When our not-quite 10-year old water heater started leaking, we contacted Hendrik's to provide a quote on some different options. So happy to have chosen to go with Hendrik's Plumbing. Ryder went the extra mile, contacting and dealing with the manufacturer and Home Depot on our behalf and helped to ensure that the tank was replaced at a steep discount thanks to the 12-year warranty. He didn't make us wait around like some other plumbers. He was prompt, courteous, and did beautiful work. As the owner of Hendrik's plumbing, it was clear he took pride in his work and in doing the right thing. He didn't jerk us around on cost, or short change us on quality. Highly recommend.

Ryder was professional, punctual, and provided us with a fair quote for the required work. Would recommend!

I know I can always count on Ryder for quick, reliable, quality service! Even when its something as unexpected its my 6 year old pouring candle wax down a drain as an experiment Ryder fixes things fast without ever sacrificing quality.

Very professional, responded quickly, and did a great job.

I just used Hendriks Plumbing to fix and 2 issues I had. First, he was on time. Second, he was super nice and patient with me asking all kinds of questions. He replaced the piping under my kitchen sink which was a mess and leaking. He looked into the issue I am having with my upstairs toilet, it runs constantly. He found that there was an issue with the actual toilet (American Standard) and he is going to fix next week. No one that i had look at it, ever figured that out. So, thank you for the great job.

Ryder met all of our plumbing needs. He was quick to reply to our inquiry, was upfront about costs, and provided insight to future updates that we may want to do. We will definitely be calling him in the future!

He was honest, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Service and Great Conversation! I recently had the pleasure of hiring Hendrix Plumbing for two separate plumbing issues in my home, and I must say that the owner, Ryder, exceeded all my expectations. Ryder came to my rescue first for my kitchen sink and then for my bathtub, and both times, the results were outstanding. What stood out to me the most was Ryder's professionalism and friendly demeanor. Not only did he fix my drains, but he also engaged in great conversation throughout the process. As someone who enjoys talking, I appreciated how he patiently walked me through each step, making sure I understood what was happening. However, I also noticed that he was equally comfortable with silence, so introverts need not worry he respects your space too! his workmanship was impeccable. After completing the repairs, my drains were running effortlessly, and I couldn't be happier with the results. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, he left my home clean and tidy, ensuring there was no mess left behind. If I could, I would have Ryder here all the time. Unfortunately, his expertise means I'll only see him if one of my children manages to break something, but that's a testament to how well he does his job lol. I have complete confidence in his abilities and would give him a 20 out of 10 any day. To anybody reading this, let me assure you that Hendrix Plumbing is the better choice. You won't find a more skilled, personable, and professional plumber than Ryder. So, let this be the last review you need to read because you won't be disappointed. I promise!
